These Terms of Service apply to your use of stylish.be / stylish.luxury. Our detailed terms of sale (order formation, prices, delivery, warranty and the right of withdrawal) are set out in full on our Right of Withdrawal & Terms page and form part of every purchase agreement.

PART A — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE
By visiting or purchasing from our website you agree to these Terms of Service and to our terms of sale, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We take great care with our content, but product descriptions, images, dimensions and prices are provided for guidance and may contain errors. Colours, finishes and dimensions of handmade and natural-material products may vary. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise; delivery costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and refuse or cancel an order containing an incorrectly priced item, as further described in our terms of sale.

4. ORDERS & CONTRACT
An order becomes a binding agreement only once we confirm it by email. Many items are produced or ordered specifically for you; custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable, as set out in our terms of sale and Refund & Return Policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs and product visuals — belongs to Stylish, its suppliers or other rightholders, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or of a product beyond its intended use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer. Our liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

7. CHANGES & GOVERNING LAW
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies. These terms are drawn up in English, which is the governing language, and are governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Antwerp (Belgium) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
