The purchased goods come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, provided that a purchase receipt is presented. This warranty follows the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturer. In some cases, the manufacturer may only offer a 1-year warranty. For professional use, the warranty is always limited to one year.
The products distributed by Stylish are mostly handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions. Any visible complaints must be reported immediately upon delivery to the carrier by noting them on the delivery receipt or CMR. Complaints regarding non-visible defects must be submitted in writing to Stylish within 48 hours of delivery.

What are the delivery options?
We offer three delivery options to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery – Free for orders over €1,000
- Your order will be delivered to the curbside in front of your home.
- No unpacking or installation is included.
Premium Delivery – €145 extra
- Your order will be brought inside to the ground floor.
- We will unpack your furniture and remove all packaging materials.
- No assembly or installation is included.
Luxury Delivery – €230 extra
Includes everything from Standard and Premium Delivery.
- Delivery with a furniture lift if needed.
- Full installation of your furniture.
We provide our own delivery service in the BeNeLux and across all of Europe and also ship smaller items via parcel services. Some products qualify for free delivery, while others may incur a fee based on the size of the item and your chosen delivery method.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times vary according to your location. Orders processed at our facility typically arrive within 1-7 business days. In other cases, deliveries may require between 1 and 14 weeks. Detailed delivery information will be provided in your confirmation email.
